No SEND option

Hi, 

When using an envelope, whether it’s creating a new one or editing an exiting template, I no longer have the Send button which is usually located on the bottom right.

I have checked permissions which is correct, tried Incognito and nothing seems to work. How do I get this back? Rather useless otherwise.

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I'm sorry to hear that the Send button is no longer appearing. Since you've already checked your permissions and tested in Incognito mode, please confirm that you're signed in to the correct Docusign account and that your permission profile still includes the ability to send envelopes.
 

If the issue continues, please share a screenshot of the page where the Send button is missing, along with the Docusign plan you're using. This information will help us investigate further and work toward a resolution.
